NEW 512,000 BTU Electric Heaters

On Site Energy announces the release of its new 512,000 BTU/hour Electric Heaters. These redesigned units are built to specifically address the needs of unique conditions such as:

  • Where space constraints mandate the smallest physical size possible.

  • Where weight is an issue, pushing units across ramps and across grades.

  • Where sound is critical, these units are virtually silent except for the sound of the air running through them.

The units first test is on-going at NYU in New York City, where the customer requires large quantities of heat in the basement of the construction site. Pushing out 300 degree hot air, the unit has performed flawlessly along side five of On Site Energy's conventional 512,000 BTU heaters. The balance of our first production run are providing temporary heat on-board a river barge in the Mid-West.

For the balance of the 2008/2009 heating season, supply of the new units is limited, but based on the performance we have seen, On Site Energy has already made arrangements to increase its rental fleet significantly to include these newly redesigned heaters for the 2009/2010 heating season.
